Taking a good look at your life, and finding all the things that have enriched your life shifts your focus from down to up. This means looking for the silver lining, and with my 30-Day Gratitude Workbook, it’s easier than ‘going it alone’ because we look at a different area each day. There are extra questions alongside the daily topic to get you thinking in a more positive way. I’m asking for 30 days to make a difference in your life. Seeing blessings and really feeling grateful is like happy-pills for the soul.
The reason why the workbook lasts for 30 days is that this is how it takes a habit to form. Over the duration of the course, you’re making a positive habit of appreciating your life – the good bits, the bad bits, and the bits in between!
Each day has a new topic so you’ll need to set aside about 20 minutes to fill in your workbook and write in your gratitude journal. You won’t need to invest hours and hours of your busy life.

The 30-Day Gratitude Workbook has a topic each day and a question for you to ponder over and then write about in the workbook. The workbook is in Adobe PDF format and you can choose whether you’d like to receive it in US Letter format or International A4 paper size. Just select the format that’s right for your printer.
It’s important you complete your workbook in order – no skipping ahead because the question is too tough! Each day is a new question and I’ve given you further prompts to get you thinking about the blessings associated with the particular topic.
If you need some further inspiration (or are just curious) , then you can sign up to receive a daily email where I share my own personal examples of gratitude for each day and just give you a little reminder for the 30-day duration.

You can use any notebook as a Gratitude Journal but I like to keep things themed. There’s no need for you to go rummaging for a notebook or nip to the shops to buy one – you can download, print and be ready to begin your gratitude journal in minutes.
The gratitude journal has enough pages to keep you happily journalling for a month. Of course, you don’t have to stop when the 30-day workbook course is over – just print another month and carry on your gratitude journey.
What do you include in a gratitude journal? Anything that makes you feel happy, blessed, lucky, secure, safe, fortunate etc. It can be something as simple as the air your breathe to a lottery win! With the daily emails, I’ll give you a reminder for the topic of the day and share my own personal experiences of gratitude.
At the end of this page, you’ll be able to select the which paper size you’d like your PDF documents to be sent to you and there’s a button that will take you away to pay for your 30-Day Gratitude Workbook course safely and securely through PayPal.
Then what happens?
- When the payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email to the email address you provided. You should receive it within 30 minutes but please also check your spam box because sometimes they end up there.
- The email includes a link for you to download your 30-Day Gratitude Workbook. There’s a password in the email too – you’ll need to copy and paste that into the download page.
