Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)If you’re like most people, life has probably dealt you some painful circumstances.

Many of these you were able to work through and eventually, completely let go.  Others, however, clung to you and began to cause painful side effects such as fears and phobias, low self-esteem, guilt and shame, not to mention stress and anxieties.  Unless you deal with the negative energies these side effects produce, they can cause you mental, physical, or spiritual sickness and pain.

The great news is you can work through all the blockages these negative energies create with a simple energy technique known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and sometimes referred to as ‘tapping’.

In most cases, once EFT has removed them, you’ll find the side effects to be far less debilitating or completely gone.

The benefits of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

  • It can be used on just about everything.
  • It can free some blockages in a single session, so you may only need one session to achieve your goal.
  • It’s simple and painless.
  • No physical appointments are necessary.  You can book an appointment with me online for either a Skype or an messenger session, depending on your preferences.

You can download my free guide to EFT.  It includes everything you need to know in order to begin tapping.
