EFT tapping is the perfect self healing tool! You can use it anywhere, at anytime and without the need of any equipment (you use your hands).

In this workshop, we’ll cover:

    The Science of EFT
    How to apply and use EFT Tapping
    One minute-miracles, unravelling layers, and the importance of getting specific.
    A tool for empowerment: Psychological reversal, self sabotage and limiting beliefs.
    Troubleshooting – when EFT doesn’t appear to work
    Demos and practice

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be apply to apply EFT tapping to a wide range of situations or issues in our own life. You’ll be able to balance your body’s energy system and use EFT to overcome emotional challenges.

During the workshop, we will spend the afternoon working on issues together.  We keep the group small and we keep our healing work private amongst ourselves. It’s a safe place for all participate on healing emotional and physical issues.
