EFT Tapping is easy to learn.  You tap, with your fingers, on various acupuncture points whilst tuning into your discomfort.  This process is about releasing energetic disturbances, not stuffing them down so they can continue to fester.  It works beautifully with my Healing the Temple of the Heart process too.
